I just set up OpenHAB 5 on a new SD card and am now trying to get Homematic working. I installed Debmatic and can already access the web frontend. In OpenHAB’s UI, the ‘bridge’ is immediately detected in the inbox (the Homematic binding is already installed), and I can add it. However, it always stays offline. I’ve tried both the Raspberry Pi’s IP and 127.0.0.1, but it still shows as offline. Does anyone have any ideas on what else I could try?
I don’t know Debmatic, but maybe there is also a firewall setting that you have to adjust.

That´s an interesting hint, but unfortunately debmatic has no Configuration Tool in it´s Webinterface to configure the Firewall! I just found out now….
Debmatic has no firewall at all.
