yesterday I configured oh cloud connector for notifications only. but what do i have to configure in my ios app to receive notifications?

You need the iOS app to be configured to connect to myopenhab.org. You can test that by going to myopenhab.org and going to “Devices”. You should see your phone registered under Devices and be able to send a test message to it. If that works, then you can start building notifications into your rules.
Ok. But how can I reach my oh instance, which is located behind my own reverse proxy without usung myopenhab?
That I can’t help you with. You didn’t mention that you’re using your own cloud, so I incorrectly assumed you were on myopenhab.
