OH2.5 to OH3 HABPanel gone

I have updated my installation from 2.5 to 3.0 and most things seem to work but my HABPanel seems to be gone.
I have a backup of the old 2.5 installation and was wondering if there is a file I could copy to the new 3.0 installation and thereby get the HABPanel back?

[OH3] Habpanel shows old version after migration from OH2.5 to OH3

Ok, so I got it working by: installing openHAB 2.5.11 locally on my Windows 10 machine loading my backup of openHAB 2.X opening HabPanel → Settings → Edit local panel configuration → Export opening the “new” HabPanel (of the openHAB 3 instance) → … → Import Ta-da, the $OPENHAB_USERDATA/jsondb/uicomponents_habpanel_panelconfig.json file is updated with the correct content!
