OH2 SystemInfo - specifying process id?

I’m finally upgrading to OH2 and I have a question about the new SystemInfo binding. I see the process channels can have a process id specified via the Paper UI. How are people using this feature? For example, if I want to track process statistics for the openhab2 server how do you set the process id given the id will be different after each server start?

Also, can multiple processes be monitored?

Doc is here, but I still don’t get it.
How does one specify the PID(s)?
Also, there was no new .thing added after install on OH2.
