The binding is now seen as an extension of the mqtt binding and not a standalone binding, so this may work.
log:set TRACE org.openhab.binding.mqtt.espmilighthub
It is also why it does not show up in an installed binding list as it is actually seen as the mqtt binding.
If you have troubles, try uninstalling the mqtt binding and reinstalling it.
Nothing more on logs after setting log to TRACE and after reinstalling mqtt binding, it always set to "
INITIALIZING"
After I have had mine working it has started doing the same thing, I need time to look into why.
I have narrowed it down to the call getBridgeUID() is returning null for some reason.
EDIT: @furax54 I have a possible fix which is working for me here. Download and extract the jar to your addons folder, then you MUST reboot openHAB for it to connect and come online.

I have the same problem. I tried to put the jar file to the addon folder. But it still remains the same.
Interesting is that I have doubled entries:
I think that somehow the mapping is not correct.
Do you have any ideas how to solve it until it´s merged?

Did u restart openhab? For some reason that was needed. Since it is already merged it will be in the daily snapshots already.
If restart does not solve the double ups search forum for how to clean the cache.
Yes, I did the restart. Finally the cleanup of the cache and tmp helped.
