I had the same issue with OH 2.5. The only solution so far is to activate 2 factor authentication on your amazon acoount. After that i didn’t have the problem anymore see Release Candidate and Support: Amazon Echo Control Binding and Release Candidate and Support: Amazon Echo Control Binding
