But you indicated the binding misinterprets % preventing encoding. (%20 is the space character)

Yes, it was a bug and now it’s been fixed. This is why it depends on the version in use.

I just ran into this
API call requires “Unites States” in the URL
To make it work I had to use %%20 to replace the space in the base url field. Nothing else worked

I am using version 3.0.1 with OH3
