OH3 Need help to use Voice say in JSR Rule

Hi guys,
i have succesfully migrated to OH 3.0.0.
I have migrated all my DSL Rules to JSR223, but i am stuck at one Point.
In my old DSL Rule i have a line say("some text"), but i cannot figure how to do this in JSR.

Can someone please help me?
