OH3 on Win10 NOT Overview

OH3 on Win10; how to open from Android or Win10 NOT on the Overview page, but rather a requested page?

I have tried “http://192.168.0.9:8080/#!/page/OfficeVolume” but I just get the Overview page. “OfficeVolume” is the id of the layout page I want.

It cannot be done at this time. I believe there is an open issue open to add this feature.
