OH3 Rule does not trigger for OFF

When I turn the switch “off” in the UI, nothing happens.

So there is no command event?

OH3: Switch item OFF command not received

Is this the issue? Basically, try a different browser/device…

Got it: Opened OpenHab → Settings → API Security and switched (show advanced) Implicit user role for unauthenticated requests to ON Now I see both commands and the schedule turns on and off correctly.
