Has anybody got this to work now? - I just upgraded (I had been holding off for this very reason) and now a bunch of things don’t work including my plugs. It’s a real pain to turn the light off at bed time now 
I dropped back to this and now it works. - I must admit, I didn’t spend any more time than necessary as I am battling lots of things that are not working since updating. Including some really odd Alexa issues.

I installed the OH3 development environment and can confirm that this binding is not working under OH3 either
Can confirm that this is not working in 2.5.10. Also tried installing the 2.4.0 binding and still does not work.
It doesn’t seem like this issue is getting any attention.
