Openhab 2.5 Telegram action. How can I stop trying to load it

Hi,
My instance OH 2.5 was stable running.
I was trying to add telegram action and binding but got errors.
Now I want to remove both but after every startup OH keeps trying to load the telegram action.

How can I stop this. The action is not in addons.cfg anymore
This is what I see in the logfile. The last line is because I removed that directory.

Look to see if it’s still there in /var/lib/openhab/config/org/openhab/addons.config

Thanks for the quick and perfect solution. I will leave it running until I have shelly in OH 3.x docker working.
