Openhab 3 and zulu 11 LTS

Dear all,
I have installed fresh openhab3. I have uninstalled zulu 8 LTS and i have installed zulu 11 LTS on my MacOS.
I did export of JAVA_HOME, but when i do ./start.sh i have this msg : ./start.sh: line 11: exec: /Users/exhibition/Documents/openhab-3/runtime/bin/karaf: cannot execute: Undefined error: 0
Do you have any idea ?

Sorry for this post, the solution is chmod -R 755 openhab-3
