Openhab 3 Zigbee and Zwave Discovery

How do you sent the Zigbee and Zwave dongles into inclusion/discovery mode? It was easy to do with paper ui or Habmin, but neither of these appear to be available in Openhab 3.

The same way as Paper UI?
Settings -> Things ->[choose binding here] -> Scan
That is what I assume anyway.

Settings -> Things -> click on the blue plus button in the lower right corner -> choose binding from the list -> Scan
