[homekit] HomeKit Binding

This is a feature request for a HomeKit binding, with openHAB acting as a HAP cl…ient, not a server. This would allow openHAB to (locally) control any device that advertises itself as HomeKit compliant. This has been discussed previously in another issue starting at https://github.com/openhab/openhab-addons/issues/12927#issuecomment-1160878478. AFAICT @kgoderis's code is at https://github.com/kgoderis/openhab-addons/tree/homekit-3.0.0, and could possibly be a starting point.

I’d have some interest in working on this, but it’s pretty low on my own personal priority list.
