Steps I followed:

  1. Removed the official Bluetooth Binding via the UI.

  2. Copied the following four files from ruuvitag.zip to /usr/share/openhab/addons/:

    bluez-dbus-osgi.jar
    org.openhab.binding.bluetooth-5.1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar
    org.openhab.binding.bluetooth.bluez-5.1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar
    org.openhab.binding.bluetooth.ruuvitag-5.1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar

  3. Bluetooth Binding is now recognized as a 3rd-party JAR (version 5.1.0.202507281339).

Issue:
It still doesn’t seem to be working — values from the Ruuvi Tag are not updating (only RSSI is updating).
All Things appear ONLINE and green in the UI, and there are no error messages in the logs.
