Hm, strange. I actually installed the EnOcean binding via the UI on my old openHABian (bullseye). I installed openHABian (bookworm) just two or three weeks ago and then imported the backup (openHAB 4 old/new respectively - openhab-cli backup). Can importing the backup trigger this as well?
