Based on what I can tell from their information poor marketing material I would say the answer is “not without a lot of work.” For one it looks like it runs on Cisco IOS, not a standard computing operating system. I’m not sure Java works on IOS. Secondly, communication with IoT devices is through Cisco IOx APIs which would require the creation of a new openHAB binding. Finally, it looks like the whole thing is intended to be a competitor to openHAB. It tries to solve the same problems and do the same things that openHAB does.
