Hi guys,
Can anyone give a link or some details on how i can set up nRF24L01 directly on raspberry pi and make it a central node to which all the other nodes answer to.
I am desperately in need of a good tutorial, any help is appreciated

You will probably find more help on a site like mysensors.org or some other similar DIY electronics site. While many users on this forum do DIY sensors and such, almost all of what you are looking for help with is outside the realm of openHAB.
