openHAB and Tankerkönig gas prices + Telegram integration

Integrated the German “Tankerkönig” into my openHAB system, and made the data available via Telegram.

If you want you can also play a bit with
sendTelegramQuery(String message, String replyId, String... buttons)
if the user typed “/tanken”

so you easily can click on that reply button and you dont have to type again “/tanken e10”

That’s a cool idea, didn’t think of that. Will integrate this.
