What is topic zigbee2mqtt/smart_plug_1/power ? You could try publishing a command via MQTT Explorer to: zigbee2mqtt/smart_plug_1/power/set with the message 1 and see what happens? Perhaps also try that with the state topic. Send 1 to zigbee2mqtt/smart_plug_1/state/set and see what happens …
