I just got to the website login page successfully.
Working here, turned off wifi and started iOS app and it connected and worked normally as expected.

Have you tried uninstalling the binding, removing the UUID, reinstalling the binding to have a new UUID regenerated and enter the new ID on the opencloud site?
I’m close to positive that there is no such thing as black listing users with an active account, though I could be wrong on that.
