is it possible to show the myopenhab status from a different account?
I have two different myopenhab accounts and i want to see in Account 1 the status off Account 2.
No, not without modifying the openHAB Cloud Server and deploying your own instance.

Is it possible to ping the other openhab or send a heartbeat?
If both instances are on the same network (e.g. VPN) than sure. You can even link them together using the Remote openHAB binding. If not you’ll have to figure some way for them to communicate.
