Openhab.log can and how should I delete this - it is getting longer and longer

Little question when I am following my openhab.log file I am realising it is getting longer and longer. So I am asking myself if we can delete that log from time to time or iis it automatically deleted?

Have you changed the standarad settings of logging?

Normally there is a log rotate. After 10 MByte a new file is created.

I rename the files and restart openHAB.
