Openhab notification via cloud (Android device)

Hello community.
I have a question about notify via Openhab Android app (download from Play Market). I cannot get notify on my Android device, but I can use UI via Openhab Cloud. But when I try to send message on my device (I have switch button in UI and appropriate rule) I can’t get it, but when I open Notifications page in Openhab App - I see this message. So, all works good but I can’t get push notifications. What wrong I do ?

One more thing. When I open Openhab App I see red table with text Push notifications registration error.

there’s probably a bug in the app. It’s tracked at Android "push notification registration failed" while iOS all as expected.
