openHAB order of tiles in /start/index

Hello

I’m using the openhabian on a Raspberry Pi3.
How do I configure the order of the tiles in the /start/index webGUI? Ever time I restart the PI I have a new order of the tiles. Annoying e.g. if you need a tile to scroll down with the webbrowser when using a phone

I doubt there is a way. Configuration files load in a random order too.
