openHAB won’t discover or connect to this MagicHome bulb

I’ve tried using auto discovery and manual IP address add but it says connection refused. This is the bulb I am using. AU $6.36 44％ Off | 15W WiFi Smart Light Bulb B22 E27 LED RGB Lamp Work with Alexa/Google Home 85-265V RGB+White Dimmable Timer Function Magic Bulb

If anyone has a solution it would be amazing.

Are thes bulbs supported by openHAB?

Do you need to install a binding for the discovery to work?

What app can you use to control light? eg tuya

Up I am pretty sure they are supported.

It says to use the WIFI LED binding which I have installed.

The app used to set it up is Magic Home, Link Below
