Openhab2 and Homematic-Binding Loglevel

Hey there,

the homematic binding wiki says that i should put the following line
<logger name="org.openhab.binding.homematic" level="DEBUG" />
in the logback.xml file.

But i can´t find such a file. Ist there a substitute in Openhab2?

Just trieb to simply create a New file logback.xml in the conf Directory. But the File is ignored.

Does anybody know what happend to this File in openhab2?
