Is there an easy way for the following setup: I’d like to connect a simple speaker with microphone to my openHABian. With the microphone i want to switch off an alarm with spoken words (“code 12345”). With the speaker I want to issue a sound alarm. In case of alarm the spoken code would switch off the alarm sound (if the speech recognition is good enough to distinguish the voice from the alarm sound). Any ideas?
Voice is hard. You will probably need to install something like Mycroft, Google AIY Voice, or the DIY Alexa approaches. Except for the part where a message gets sent to OH this will all be external to OH itself.
