why don’t you open a Github issue and provide a debug log then ?

Use the current image, it has a fix for this symptom.
But if you don’t provide substantial logging noone can know if that applies to your issue.

Thank you, Markus.

Which debug log are you referring to?
(and apologies in advance for this potentially stupid question).

Is there an option to make use of the fix you mentioned without starting with a new image?

first-boot.log, see openHABian debug guide.

no

Ah, but these entries are long ago (September).

What a pity

Sorry I didn’t get it’s an upgrade. On upgrades there are no logfiles.
But why didn’t you read the debug guide ? You didn’t because if you did you would know how to generate logging.

No worries - I greatly appreciate your quick response.

And sorry, that I did not (yet) check the Troubeshooting guide.
I will now.
My hope was that this might be a “common problem” with an easy solution.
(did not find a proper thread about it though).
Again - thanks for your help.

were you able to solve it? got the same problem since yesterday. (openHAB 2.5.11-1)

Sorry, I did not try it any longer, because I migrated to OH3.
However, manual upgrade did work (sudo apt-get upgrade).
