Openhabian image stuck after upgrade kernel to 4.9.35

Hello, two weeks ago I re-installed my openhab (Raspberry Pi 3) using the openhabian image and then upgraded to openhab 2.1.
After upgrading the kernal to Linux 4.9.35-v7+ I had two times the raspberry stuck until the restart (myopenhab offline + no SSH).
Only after I disconnect and connect the Pi to the power supply does the connection come back.
