The goal here is to use the HUSBZB-1 z-wave zigbee usb stick
from what I read I need to edit stuff into openhabian … well I can’t install openhabian.

Presumably you want to install openHAB. Openhabian is primarily aimed at devices like the Raspberry Pi.

For your Mac, installation instructions for openHAB are here:

OpenHab is installed.
I m just trying to use the Husbzb-1 zwave zigbee stick.
With the zigbee and zwave binding i should see it under port /dev/ttyUSB0
But i don t see the USB0 or USB1 … only see tty.bluetooth

Is that true on MacOS ?

Does the command sudo dmesg | grep tty provide any ideas?

So have you read the README before attempting to install ?
openHABian is not supported on MacOS. You need to use the manual install method.
