org.openhab.binding.hue.internal.discovery.HueBridgeDiscoveryParticipant' threw an exception

I get this error (with not having hue emulation installed) on 3.1.0 2206 and 2207. I first thought it might have to do with the changes in 2207, but I do have the error also with 2206.

Does anybody have an idea?

I am on Build 2212 and have the same error.

@cweitkamp As I don’t seem to be the only one and you seem to be familiar with HUE is there another place where I should post to get more awareness?

I can see the same error in my own logs. It looks like this issue has been introduced by
