Org.openhab.io.myopenhab jar file not building in 1.9 master

I want to start using myopenhab and pulled the latest master (I guess that is 1.9) and did a mvn install at the root of the workspace, but the myopenhab jar file was not built. Is there a reason why this is not so? How do I enable it?
