ZWAVE - PAN06 In Wall Dual Relay not reporting back physical switch state changes

I have one of these devices and it doesn’t report back any physical switch state changes. I have association group options all set to Controller and running jar 2.5.0
Switch type is edge toggle

Anyone have any ideas?

Same here.

By playing with the associations group settings I managed to get updates on a single switch only.

I read on another thread that it has something to do with multi_channel, but not sure what it means.

The same module, while working with a Vera controller, sent correct reports on each individual switch.

Any ideas?
