Problem with historical data lost with RRD4j on 3.4.0.M6

hi all, I have this installation of OH3 :
Raspbian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye)

Kernel = Linux 5.15.76-v7l+

openHAB 3.4.0.M6 - Milestone Build
about once a week I run openhabian-config
to update everything, I do the proposed automatic updates,
I also manually update items 11, 12, 13, 14 of the configuration tool…
first question: is this method correct?
are ONLY the proposed automatic updates sufficient??
The problem for which I write is that after each update the system restarts and I LOSE the persistence data, therefore the graphs restart from the last restart … I never have the previous history …
what am i doing wrong??
As a service I’m using RRD4j with only default settings, only activated service, none eg
a thousand thanks

Just use 02. That will update everything. You only need to run stuff in menu 10 once.

I’m not sure what that means. If openHABian does it, I’m sure it’s right. openHABian is well tested and well reasoned.

How are you restarting? You must run sudo shutdown to restart. If you just pull the plug, zram will not flush what it has in memory to the SD card and you’ll lose everything done since the last time it flushed. It typically only flushes to the SD card on a shutdown.

ok it’s clear

the system restart himself after updates, I not restart it manually

ok clear, this is the information I’m looking for, thanks
