Problem with offline: waiting for connection to become available - message

After an upgrade to openHAB 2.3.0 Build #1195 evrything worked fine except for when I access the /basicui URL with my mobile iPhone browser I get every couple of seconds an “offline: waiting for connection to become available” error message. I can’t see anything in the log. Any help appreciated

Just updated today and got the same problem - nearly unusable now. Should not have that issue in local network.

Edit: Restarted another time and it looks fine now.

See any error messages in the logs?

After an update you may want to restart OH.

sudo systemctl stop openahb2

sudo systemctl start openhab2
or
sudo reboot
