Same issue here:

IHC/ELKO binding "Offline Communication Error" in version 3.0.2 Bindings

After upgrading to Openhab 3.0.2 the IHC/ELKO binding can’t connect to the IHC controller It writes the following error in the UserInterface on the IHC Controller Thing: Status: OFFLINE COMMUNICATION_ERROR javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: No appropriate protocol (protocol is disabled or cipher suites are inappropriate) There is no specific error in the openhab log other than the controller items that can’t get contact because the controller is offline.
