Hi there!
How can i get my RaZberry-Card working?
Have i to add -Dgnu.io.rxtx.SerialPorts=/dev/ttyAMA0
to /opt/openhab/runtime/karaf/bin?
Or is there another workaround or what have i set under serialport?

I would suggest doing a search on the forum - this question is asked a lot so there are a lot of discussions about it I think you’ll find. I just typed “Razberry” into the search and found a number of them straight away.

And exactly this is the reason why i am asking.
I´ve read the thread marked as solved. There is a solution
by editing /opt/openhab/runtime/karaf/bin but there is also
a post inside the thread from Kai, who is saying don´t
mess up the system files.
there is no definitive solution as you say, dont mess with karaf is how i took kai’s comments to. personally i have created a file called openhab.sh in /etc/profile.d which contains
#!/bin/bash
export EXTRA_JAVA_OPTS="-Dgnu.io.rxtx.SerialPorts=/dev/ttyUSB0:/dev/serial/by-id/usb-RFXCOM_RFXtrx443_05VN7KTM-if00-port0:/dev/ttyS3:/dev/ttyrfx"
this works for me running jessie on an orangepi
