Hello,
I have a professional alarm system Abus Secvest 2way (8 years old), which does not have a possibility to transmit the status of its devices (activated, alarm, windows open…). There are newer versions, but I don’t want to spend more then 1000 €.
There are devices to show this information by green/red LEDs:

Is there a way (hardware + binding) to read the voltage of the LEDs and to transfer the information to openhab?
Goals: Switichn on all lights in case of an alarm
Activating the presence simulation if the house is empty
Desactivating the roller shutter for open windows, which are also used as doors to the garden
Switching off the heating in rooms with an open window
