REST-API Events not fired since update to 3.3

Hi,

since update to OH3.3 i got a problem with events from rest-api to NodeRED

So if i change a (virtual) Switch in OH3-UI, the NodeRed OH2-In will not change.
Connection is still working. If i change the OH2-Out ind NodeRed it will change in OH3-UI
Before update from 3.2 all worked fine. So i thinks it’s a problem with the rest-api events

can anyone confirm this issue?
