Restart like behavior after Binding de/installation

Hi,

I have trouble with my new installed OH2.5.9.

Everytime I install or deinstall a Binding everything looks like it is restarting but not right.
For example I have serveral temperature Sensors conected with the Jeelink Binding an they are changing there status:

2020-10-27 20:15:53.746 [hingStatusInfoChangedEvent] - 'jeelink:lacrosse:6f51f518:49' changed from UNINITIALIZED (HANDLER_MISSING_ERROR) to INITIALIZING

and this is happening with all my smarthomestuff I have connected to OH.

I have to restart my Pi to get everything working well again.

Has someone a solution for me?

Yes. There have been changes throughout the life of openHAB about how much or how little gets reinitialized when you make changes, in response to issues where it has not been enough.

Why, what fails to recover for you?
