I am now seeing these devices in my OH2 dashboard and have confidence that the items detected in my OH dashboard are my Chinese made motion sensors.
A couple of differences from my devices to yours. Here is one of the devices output in RFX Manager:

Pulse = 407 usec
Signal level = 8 -56dBm
Note:
- In RFXManager, I am not seeing my device as a lighting 5, it is showing as lighting4 and there is also no device ID.
- All of my devices appear to have a unique decimal ID value.
- The ID value in RFXManager is different from the device I as detected in OH2 log files and Inbox
When I setup this device as a thing, it is added as a Lighting4 Actuator

There is not a Contact value offered. What do I use to setup a rule?
