RFXCOM Item - what am i doing wrong?

Hi guys! Im desperate, have been tincering with this for hours and googled my fingers red…

I am sucsessfully controlling a RollerTrol blind from the RFXcom windows software.
But when trying to get this to work within Openhab (1) nothing happens.

My Item looks like this right now, but it does not work:

Rollershutter RullgardinSov “Rullgardin [(%d)]” {rfxcom=">1798.1:BLINDS1.RollerTrol:Shutter"}

Does anybody else have a working RollerTrol using RFXcom and Openhab 1 that could share their working item?
(1798 is the decimal shown in the RFXcom windows software)
