Rollershutter with Alexa and Homematic Problem

I tried to control my Rollershutter (Homematic) with Alexa.
But everytime I say UP the rollershutter moves DOWN, and the other way around.
There is also the problem, that when I tell Alexa to set it to 100%, it gets fully closed, while for homematic 100% is fully opened.

Has anyone an idea, why alexa messes this up?

How did you define the item and what is the concrete phrase you are telling Alexa in order to set the rollershutter (phrase can be in German :wink:)?
