I receive this log message

I state that I have done a rapbian lite and opehab installation as additional software, as well as restore a backup from a zip file, previous system.

it’s not the first time I’ve done this procedure, but this time it doesn’t work

Could you state which version of openHAB you installed?
There was a time when
sudo apt install fontconfig
was needed to be performed in order to get the charts back.
