Rule for adding an Offset

thank you! and where can i open the console?

Where are you reading the errors?
On what system are you running openHAB?

Console

I am running openHAB on an Synology Server running DSM 6.1.2-15132.
I can read the errors in the package center.

i could enter the console, but when i tried this:
log:set DEBUG org.openhab.binding.homematic
i get this error:
Error executing command: Error writing log config to config admin

so i finally could use DEBUG:

20:22:31.048 [DEBUG] [org.eclipse.jetty.server.HttpInput ] - HttpInputOverHTTP@afdb4d4 eof EOF
20:22:31.052 [DEBUG] [ematic.handler.HomematicThingHandler] - Received command ‘14’ for channel 'homematic:HM-TC-IT-WM-W-EU:0a924f93:MEQ0743206:2#SET_TEMPERATURE’

and for telling alexa “15” there is only 14 in this debug, but where is it lost?

but now i get this:
20:32:33.677 [WARN ] [ome.core.thing.internal.ThingManager] - Cannot delegate command ‘24’ for item ‘alexa_temp_set’ to handler for channel ‘homematic:HM-TC-IT-WM-W-EU:d28cb354:MEQ0743206:2#SET_TEMPERATURE’, because no thing with the UID ‘homematic:HM-TC-IT-WM-W-EU:d28cb354:MEQ0743206’ could be found.

the part “d28cb354” isn’t correct anymore, but in the .items it’s correct. where is this also saved?

I’d say it is Alexa having stored an old Homematic ID somehow. I’m don’t know anything about Alex, I’d suggest to start a new thread on that problem.

i started a new thread, but i also have a progress with my rule. this is the log:

i can see, that the rule is activated and changed the value, but at the end it is set to the wrong way…

Hi @aro,

have you been able to solve your issue?
I would be interested in the root cause of Alexas offset (it’s the same here).
