Sporadic delayed rule starting: Thread pool too small?

My openHAB instance (Raspberry Pi 3+), running openhabian produces some sporadic extreme delay in rule execution. Some data: 120GB SSD fan added, cpu-temp is below 50° cpu usage is around 20%, io wait is about 1%. It is mostly annyoing with the motion detectors, if the light turns on 2 minutes after i walked by the detector it is quite useless.
