Rules uninitialised after restart (PaperUI)

Hi Guys

This issue is still years later, unresolved.

Every time I start my Raspberry Pi 3 with OpenHabian (OpenHab 2.1.0/ 2.2.0) all my rules are uninitialised.

To fix the problem, I have to manually disable and enable every rule.

Is there any fix, or is someone looking at it?

Could someone Please Please Please find a solution.

Thank you for the link Rich.

I tried Workaround 2, but have no idea how to apply it to openhabian.
I placed the the files in the srv folder, in the correct places but, no effect.

This is probably because there are no rules files in PaperUI.

Hope this will get fixed soon!!
Would make life a lot easier!!!
