Just installed OH3.1 on Docker (Synology) after my OH2 died on Raspberry PI. Everything works fine except when I create a rule the rules shows local time but the rules fire when it is that time GMT. The Schedule show GMT also and if I create a clock it shows local time. Anyone know how I get the Docker Container to do local time?
